INTRODUCTION TO THE NETWORK OF HOPE

The Network of Hope (NOH) is a faith-based non-profit organization that was formed in 2002 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Our organization arose out of the growing to address the ‘felt-needs’ of our communities.

Our foundational philosophy is holistic care because we believe that the best care addresses the whole person:  emotionally, spiritually, practically and socially.

collaborating with other organizations because we believe this is the most efficient and effective method to provide holistic care.  We work alongside businesses, schools, churches, other non-profits, government and local organizations to provide for each person.

The outcome of this approach, and our mission, is to take the traditional charity model a step further by promoting lasting change. In order to see long-term success, people must have strong support systems, emotional stability, economic independence and become service-minded toward others.  This is what we work toward through all our programs.
