ARISE! ANXIETY & DEPRESSION SUPPORT GROUP

A Network of Hope Life Care support group.

You are not alone!   This group for women offers support, strength, joy and purpose for ourselves and for each other.

The group is open to women of all ages, from teenagers to senior citizens. We all have something to offer one another – perhaps most importantly our understanding and shared experiences.

The Freedom from Depression Workbook will be used as curriculum.
